Damaged Goods & Refund Policy

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. To expedite the process, kindly provide:
    • Photos of the damaged item(s)
    • Photos of the packaging
    • Your order number

We will replace the damaged item or issue a full refund as per your preference.
